A nursing clinic in Marrakech

A traditional clinic means a journey, a waiting room and fixed opening hours. For a visitor unwell in their riad, an elderly traveller, a child running a fever or someone just out of surgery, that trip is exactly what should be avoided. We keep the organisation of a clinic — care file, traceability, sterile single-use equipment — but we bring it to your door.

In practice, our nurses provide everything you would expect from a town clinic: intramuscular, subcutaneous and intravenous injections, simple and complex dressings, stitch and staple removal, blood tests, IV drips, urinary catheter and stoma care, and vital-sign checks. The procedure is identical; only the location changes, to your advantage.

Unlike being matched with freelance nurses, SOS Nursing is managed end to end. We select each nurse after five checks — state diploma, licence to practise, identity, professional liability and a practical test — then coordinate the visits, keep your file and stay your single point of contact. You always know who is coming and why, and you can always ask for an English-speaking nurse.

For blood tests and lab panels, the sample taken at your accommodation goes to an accredited partner laboratory and your results return confidentially and digitally. You get the convenience of being seen in your room with the quality of a professional laboratory.

Booking is deliberately simple — a WhatsApp message or a call. For recurring care (a course of injections, daily dressings, ongoing IV monitoring) we schedule visits at a fixed time, ideally with the same nurse, for real continuity. For an urgent need, an on-call nurse can step in, usually within the hour.

We operate in every district of Marrakech and its surroundings, as well as in riads, hotels and villas — Guéliz, the Medina, Hivernage, the Palmeraie, Targa or Agdal. Wherever you are staying, a nurse from our mobile clinic can be scheduled near you.

You receive a transparent estimate before any procedure and, afterwards, an itemised signed invoice and care report — useful for your records and exactly what a travel insurer or assistance company asks for. Payment is by card, cash or bank transfer.
