A French tourist injured while hiking
Mr Durand, 62, twisted his ankle while hiking in the Atlas Mountains. Back at his riad in the Medina, he needed daily care: compression dressing, pain management and swelling monitoring.
A French-speaking nurse arrived within the hour at the riad. Over 5 days, he provided dressings, cryotherapy and clinical monitoring. A detailed receipt was issued for travel insurance.
Mr Durand was able to resume his trip as planned. His insurance fully reimbursed the care thanks to our coded receipts.
