Are your receipts accepted by AMO / CNSS?+
Yes. Our receipts follow Moroccan medical-act nomenclature and are accepted by CNSS, AMO and private mutuals. We also provide reports for expat insurers (CFE, April, Henner, etc.).
What is the average response time?+
Around 25 minutes in central neighbourhoods (Guéliz, Hivernage, Medina) and 35 minutes in Palmeraie or Sidi Ghanem. Available 24/7.
