Our story

Born in Marrakech, built for Morocco.

SOS Nursing was born from a simple observation: in Morocco, families have no reliable way to find a verified nurse for urgent home care. The informal circuit -- word of mouth, WhatsApp groups, classifieds -- guarantees neither the carer's competence, nor the traceability of the procedure, nor the security of the data.

We chose a managed model, not a marketplace. We recruit, verify, train and supervise every nurse. The coordinator remains the single point of contact for the family and the doctor. That is our difference: end-to-end accountability.

Direct recruitment, verification and supervision

Born in Marrakech, built for Morocco.
Our mission

Home care that is structured, not improvised.

In Morocco, families find their nurses on WhatsApp. No traceability, no verification, no structured medical record.

We replace that informal channel with a transparent platform where every visit is documented, every procedure traced and every nurse verified before their first visit. Traceability isn't a luxury — it's a patient's right.

Why Marrakech, why now.

4th city

Demographics & demand

Marrakech is Morocco's 4th-largest city, with an ageing population and growing demand for home care.

90%

Informal market

The vast majority of home care runs on word of mouth, with no traceability or patient record.

2024

AMO generalised

The generalisation of AMO creates a new reimbursement framework for NGAP-coded nursing procedures.

Continuity of care

Private clinics have no structured post-hospital follow-up: zero coordination between hospital and home.

Ecosystem

A care network, not an isolated provider.

We collaborate with private clinics, analysis laboratories, ambulance services and hotel establishments to deliver complete continuity of care.

Private clinics

Post-hospital coordination: the patient goes home, care continues without interruption.

Analysis laboratories

Home sample collection, results sent to the treating doctor within clinical timelines.

Ambulance services

Medicalised transport and inter-facility transfers for non-autonomous patients.

Hotels & riads

Medical assistance for tourists and expats: discreet, multilingual care on site.
