Yes. Our phone line and WhatsApp are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the day, the full team of coordinators and nurses is deployed. At night and on weekends, an on-call coordinator and 2 to 3 nurses ensure continuity.
The call and qualification of your request are completely free. No fees apply before confirming a visit. We give you a clear quote before any travel.
SAMU 141 is Morocco's public emergency medical service for life-threatening situations (cardiac arrest, respiratory distress). SOS Nursing is a private home nursing service for scheduled or semi-urgent care. In case of a life-threatening emergency, always call 141 first.
Our coordinators speak fluent French, Darija (Moroccan Arabic) and English. For visitors, we can also communicate in Spanish and German via our online platform.
