Not every situation calls for an immediate physical visit, and sometimes a doctor's opinion is enough to guide, reassure or prescribe. SOS Nursing's medical teleconsultation connects you by video with a partner doctor, wherever you are in Marrakech or beyond. For a quick opinion, a repeat prescription, the interpretation of a symptom, the follow-up of a treatment, or while waiting for a home visit, the doctor listens to you, examines you remotely as far as possible, advises you and can prescribe.

The teleconsultation is particularly useful in several cases: a first opinion at night before deciding on a visit, a patient with reduced mobility, an expat or traveller who wants a French- or English-speaking doctor, the follow-up of a known condition, or a question that does not warrant a trip. The doctor assesses the situation, distinguishes what can be managed remotely from what requires a physical examination, and guides you honestly. The electronic prescription and the report are sent to you at the end of the consultation.

The teleconsultation is part of our care-journey approach, never a standalone service. If the remote opinion reveals a need for a clinical examination, technical procedures or care, we move on to a home visit by the doctor and a handover to our nursing team, under the same coordination.
