The consultation for tourists and expats puts a multilingual partner doctor at your service, directly at your riad, hotel or rental in Marrakech. Traveller's digestive upset, fever, infection, heat exhaustion, a minor accident or a repeat prescription: the doctor examines you, diagnoses, prescribes and provides the documents suited to your travel insurance or expat cover. Our coordinators and doctors communicate in French, English, Spanish, German and Arabic, for clear and discreet care. In a life-threatening emergency, we also call the public emergency services (141 / 150).

For travellers and expats, we offer far more than a simple visit: a complete care journey in your language. If a lab test is needed, the sample is taken at your riad or hotel; if care or injections are prescribed, our nurses step in on site; if necessary, we coordinate a clinic or transport by private ambulance. Everything takes place in your language: French, English, Spanish, German or Arabic, from the first message through to follow-up. If your condition requires it, we move on to a lab test carried out at your accommodation, nursing care, a specialist opinion, or referral to a clinic with transport by private ambulance — and a teleconsultation can even precede the visit for an immediate first opinion.
