Our coordination team, reachable 24/7, assesses the reason and engages a partner doctor for situations that cannot wait but are not life-threatening: high fever, sudden pain, vomiting, the worsening of a known symptom. The doctor comes to you, examines, treats and, if the situation demands it, arranges the handover to a suitable facility. Like any private service, it complements the public emergency services without replacing them. What sets our on-call doctor apart is the continuity behind the call.
