Camp El Ghoul occupies the eastern fringe of the new town, between Guéliz and the Jardin Majorelle, around avenue Allal El Fassi. It is a human-scale residential district of family apartment blocks, small villas, schools and local shops, where life is quiet yet only steps from the buzz of Guéliz. The population is made up mainly of settled families with children and of older people who appreciate the calm of the area.

The district benefits from the medical density of neighbouring Guéliz: clinics, specialist practices, medical laboratories, imaging centres and duty pharmacies are all within a few minutes.
