Lymphatic drainage in Médina

The Médina is the historic heart of Marrakech, a maze of tight derbs around Jemaa el-Fna, the Koutoubia and the souks. Guest riads, family homes, artisans' workshops and small grocers' shops blend together in a tangle of lanes where time seems to stand still.
