Far more than a device sitting on a table, the nebuliser is only useful if it is correctly set up, maintained and used at the right pace. We provide a medical-grade aerosol unit, deliver and install it in your home in Marrakech, then train the patient and family: preparing the prescribed medicine, the length of the session, cleaning the mask and chamber after each use. For children, older people or fragile patients, our nurses can supervise the first sessions, check the inhalation technique and pass on their observations to the treating physician. We also supply the consumables — masks, mouthpieces, filters — and provide maintenance over time. The aim is not to sell you a machine, but to ensure that the prescribed respiratory treatment is genuinely effective at home, in coordination with your physician.
